Warranty Information
Two separate warranties apply to most installations: our workmanship warranty, and the manufacturer's product warranty.
Workmanship warranty
Sunova Energy provides a 10-year workmanship warranty covering the quality of our installation — mounting, cabling, electrical connections and the standard of the finished work.
The workmanship warranty does not cover damage caused by storms, animals, third-party work, unauthorised modification, or normal wear of the products themselves.
Product warranties
Panels, inverters, batteries and chargers carry warranties provided by their manufacturers. Terms, duration and conditions vary by product and are set by the manufacturer, not by Sunova Energy.
The specific product warranties applying to your system are identified in your quotation and handover documentation.
Making a claim
Contact us first. We will assess the issue, determine whether it relates to workmanship or product performance, and assist you in lodging a manufacturer claim where applicable.
Your consumer rights
Nothing in our warranties limits the rights and guarantees you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
